By using one of our participating lenders you may qualify to use the Closing Cost Reduction Program (CCRP).
The CCRP offers you a credit at closing that is equal to .25% of your mortgaged amount as well as a credit for the appraisal fees charged when purchasing a residence within the PHOS boundary area.
The CCRP can be used with the $7,500 forgivable loan. Individuals who are interested in taking advantage of the CCRP must apply through Penn Home Ownership Services.
